Membership
Membership in the CHAO is open to Free or Charitable medical and dental Clinics, central fill pharmacies and Free or Charitable Clinic associations through three types of memberships: General, Corporate or State and Regional Association membership.

GENERAL CLINIC MEMBERSHIP - Free or Charitable Clinics that are a 501c3 organization or a program component of a 501c3 organization that utilize volunteers to service the under and underinsured in America can join the CHAO. Please download the membership application and contact the CHAO using our contact page if you have any questions.

CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP - Companies have the unique opportunity to support America’s Free and Charitable Clinics by becoming a member of the CHAO. For more information on the various opportunities, please contact the CHAO staff at communityawarenesso1@gmail.com or 405-604-0204.

STATE/REGIONAL ASSOCIATION MEMBERSHIP - State and Regional Free and Charitable Clinic Associations are eligible for membership with the CHOA. Please download the membership application and contact the CHOA using our contact page if you have any questions.
